Inspection & Testing Capabilities
Precision tools to guarantee performance and reliability.
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
Used throughout the fabrication and assembly process, AOI systems detect surface defects such as shorts, opens, and misalignments with micron-level accuracy.
X-Ray Inspection
Essential for verifying BGA, QFN, and other hidden solder joints. Our X-ray systems allow us to check internal layers and solder integrity without damaging the board.
In-Circuit Testing (ICT)
We use ICT to measure component values, check continuity, and verify correct assembly on complex boards. It ensures functionality before final testing.
Flying Probe Testing
For small batches or prototypes, flying probe testing offers flexible, cost-effective electrical testing without the need for a custom fixture.
Impedance & Signal Integrity Testing
High-speed designs require tight control over impedance. We test trace widths, spacing, and dielectric properties to ensure signal performance is not compromised.
Functional Testing (FCT)
We offer functional test services for projects that require simulation of real-world operating conditions, validating that each PCB performs as intended.
Self-Owned Factory for Full Quality Control
Built to Manufacture. Built to Deliver.
IWDF Solutions’s factory isn’t just where production happens—it’s where quality begins.
With 3000㎡ of production space, over 500 experienced staff, and more than 200 sets of advanced manufacturing and inspection equipment, we manage the entire PCB lifecycle in-house—from initial design and engineering to final PCBA production and testing. From CNC drilling and precision routing to automated solder mask printing and final electrical testing, each step is monitored under strict quality protocols.
