IWDF Solutions is a China-based PCB engineering and manufacturing company with over 20 years of experience, offering PCB design, PCB reverse engineering, IC Unlocking, and PCB Assembly services to global B2B customers. Our engineering office is located in Shenzhen, with dedicated facilities supporting PCB assembly and electronic manufacturing.
We support a wide range of PCB technologies, including prototype and multilayer PCBs, HDI boards, high-speed and high-frequency PCBs, heavy copper boards, flexible and rigid-flex circuits, and specialized material boards. On the assembly side, we provide SMT assembly, BGA assembly, through-hole assembly, and turnkey PCBA services to meet different product requirements.
Our facilities are equipped with complete PCB assembly lines and inspection systems, including solder paste printing and inspection, high-speed pick-and-place machines, reflow and wave soldering, AOI, ICT, and functional testing. This allows us to handle projects from early prototyping through small-batch builds and up to stable mass production.
IWDF Solutions operates with an in-house engineering team responsible for schematic design, PCB layout, DFM/DFT review, reverse engineering, and manufacturing support. By combining engineering and production under one roof, we help customers shorten development cycles, reduce technical risk, and achieve consistent product quality.
